founded as Household Exchange, S.A., in 1951 by John Scribner,
retailing chiefly locally-made furniture. Over the years, it has
evolved into retail sales of furniture imported from the United
States, Europe, Canada and Brazil, as well as of special-request
furniture made by local craftsmen. |
